The name Stretford orginates from the old English for street and ford, as it is the site of a crossing of the River Mersey, which runs through the middle of it! Once a rural setting, it is now another of Manchester's popular suburbs with great transport links and sporting and leisure facilities on its doorstep!
A little more compact in size than the standard bus blinds at 71cm wide, this 60s original is printed on an early tyvek type material, giving an incredibly crisp finish with a slight gloss shine to the white lettering. It is in excellent condition for its age.
