Roa Island is an island of just three hectares inside, located approximately half a mile south of the village of Rampside, on the Furness Peninsula in Cumbria. It has been connected to the mainland by Piel Pier since 1846 and is currently has around 100 residents.

These Cumbria bus blinds are the biggest ones we've come across and create a huge impact. Although undated, the style and linen fabric suggest they're likely from the 1960s. As you would expect, despite being in great condition, they do show some signs of ageing including the odd mark, stain or discolouration, but we just think this adds to their appeal.
